proposal for a multi-family apartment building in the Sunset district of San Francisco where anticipated zoning changes (2025) will encourage gentle density.
2 one-bedroom ADA compliant units at the street level and 4 two-bedroom units at the top floors, served by a single stair, comprise this compact building.

Soudan Residence, 2012
1800 sq.ft of residential development in the Mountpleasant neighbourhood of Toronto, a place known for its largest area of tree canopy in the city. Every room in the house has access to an outdoor space with a view.

2100 sq.ft of residential development, this brick building replaces a 60 year old residence that was in the hands of its original owners until end of its life.
Prior to its demolition the building became part of an art/occupy series that took place between 2012-2014 by the interdisciplinary studio "Society of Homo Ludens"
